Monthly Retainer
What you get
20 hours per month of blended founder + staff time. Adam and John lead strategy, architecture, and client calls. Specialized staff handles execution and delivery alongside them.
How billing works
Flat $5,000/month covers your 20 hours. Need more? Overflow is billed at standard rates: $300/hr for founders, $200/hr for staff.

How it starts
Every project begins with a Discovery Audit. We assess your current state, define the scope, estimate the hours, and deliver a detailed quote — so you know exactly what you're paying before any build work begins.
How billing works
Projects are quoted upfront using the hourly rates above ($300/hr founders, $200/hr staff) and billed on milestones. Your audit fee is credited 100% toward the project total. Change orders billed at standard rates.

Are these prices negotiable?
These are our standard rates. For large-scale or long-term engagements, we're happy to discuss custom structures — but we don't discount our expertise.
What if my project doesn't fit a tier?
That's what the Discovery Audit is for. We'll scope your needs and build a custom proposal. Every business is different — we get that.
Do audit fees really get credited?
Yes. 100% of your audit fee is applied as a credit toward any engagement you move forward with. If you don't move forward, you keep all the deliverables.
What's the typical engagement length?
Retainers are month-to-month with a 3-month minimum. Projects vary by scope. Coaching packages are used at your pace. No long-term lock-ins.
Do you work with startups or just enterprise?
Both. Our pricing is designed for mid-market and enterprise, but we work with high-growth startups too. If the fit is right, we'll figure it out.
